Hdt-smp is very hard on the framerate. Even with fsmp expect major slowdowns in areas where there are lots of people that all have smp. Theres some mod that grants spells to switch people between smp and cbpc. When the mod "Faster HDT-SMP 1.6.353 dlls" is installed via Vortex etc, the DLL files is placed in the wrong folder and it causes the game to load older dll versions, and move files manually.
