AT&T has used that information in the past to gauge interest, but even if you and all your new neighbors did so, there are no guarantees. AT&T is not currently greatly expanding their fiber coverage. Mainly just new construction. I have an AT&T fiber pole at the end of my driveway. A fiber termination point across the street, but I am only offered 18 Meg bonded DSL.
